As an agent, you’re the architect of the transportation process. Your areas of responsibility include the classic tasks of advising customers and organising transport, handling and storage processes, while taking into account the economic, scheduling and organisational aspects. In addition, you will be instructed in the process-oriented perspective and also be taught the key subjects of hazardous materials goods and logistics.
